Just got in my new SMS-1 and hooked it up and can't effectively use the volume or mute on the unit. I've double checked my connections and the volume does not move the left side of the graph up or down..mute does't work either. Also when I press the test button a few times I get a window that pops up on the left side of the graph that says passed on a couple things but fail next to : boot . Also in manual I move the sliders up and down and it has no effect on the curve...somethings wrong. But after using auto EQ the curve does have peaks and valleys but look pretty good...just can't manually change the filters and see any change in the peaks and valleys. Can anyone help me with this?

I found out the problem and fixed it.
