I have the Harmony 880 universal remote control. I can get it to turn the SMS-1 on and off, but I have no other control over it. Does anyone know whether this is possible? I tried calling Logitech support but there was a 45 minute wait and just wasn't up for that. So I figured I would ask here.

The SMS-1 may not be in Harmony's database, but there should be no problem learning commands from the SMS-1's remote to the Harmony (my MX-700 learned them fine, and the Harmony remotes can learn commands from the Outlaw remotes - which are the same basic remote as the SMS-1, since both are based on the Catalyst48).
