I wasn't going to go through the bother of disconnecting my 1070, lugging it over to my computer and connecting it for the latest patch, the intermittent 'No Audio' problem because it rarely happens to me.

When another patch comes along will it also include this fix or will I have to apply both of them separately?

Thanks,
John

An e-mail to Outlaw could confirm this, but based on the way the previous firmware updates have rolled out (only one update available for download at any given time) I believe that they are not cumulative - you should be able to simply install the latest patch at some point down the road without worrying about what version was on the unit before.

I think what he means does each new firmware patch include all the previous fixes. If so, I should think the answer would be yes, based on the only one upgrade at a time availability fact that gonk mentioned. To reiterate what gonk suggested, an email to Outlaw would be the best way to be certain.

The current firmware releases and any future releases include all "patches" and "fixes" addressed in any previous releases. For as long as you load the most current firmware release, your system will be up to date with ALL fixes. We hope that this clarification helps.

Yes, that clarification helps perfectly.

Thanks!
