Came across a great way to make custom length component video cables using quad shield RG6 coaxial cable. We just installed 13 Plasma and LCD hi-def TV's at the TD Banknorth Garden, (formally the Fleet Center). We had a bunch of areas requiring minimal cable diameter to fish the cables to. The cables all had to be Plenum rated ,also. We ended up using Belden's Video Brillance coax, rated at a 3 gigabite capacity. We fished 3 cables per TV for the video and terminated them with these compression connectors from Leviton. http://www.levitonvoicedata.com/catalog/BuildPage.aspx?BuildPageID=1484]
You can use these connectors on non plenum rated cable, too.
Picture looks great!!! Jim
