I am curious if this is important or not. I will eventually have an equipment rack full of equipment including a dozen Outlaw M-200 power amps. I am building a multi-channel home theatre system and bi-amping with electronic crossovers. I will be running two 20 Amp. feeds to my equipment rack. Should the feeds be fed from the same 120 Volt Phase or does it matter? If the two feeds are out of phase, the potential between the Hot Leads would be 240 Volts.

I wouldn't be concerened about the 240 volt potential between the 2 circuits. This is true about all the plugs on different phases in your house. I personaly don't feel it matters much and haven't had any problems with a similar type of setup in my own home. Jim
