Even before my second cup of coffee and probably before their first (because I called right at 9:00 am)the "real" Outlaws decided after a couple of questions, and just for grins, a hard reset..... my video problem with VCR inputs was still not right.....so Outlaw is sending me a another 950 with a prepay return for the one that needs to go back......

Works for me...... couldn't ask for more

it really does doesnt' it!

They sometimes have the odd glitch, (e-mail not received, acts of god, nothing right in the office(like the rest of us.) But they always come through. I sent them two EM's and thought they didn't like girls when I was trying to get on the 950 wait list with no response. Finally wised up to an issue with my own e-mail if I go through a sites web page 'contact us' method.
