Was having a problem with my 950. Nothing caused by the factory but something I did. The remote was the cause, while sitting in a very dark theater room I had managed to reprogram some functions. I thought I would turn up the lights, take a few minutes and be all set. Well some time later after going through the manual for some refresher help I still had not got it reworked. I looked at my watch and thought to myself, I still have time to call Outlaw. As it turned out Mike from customer service was there to help me and before I knew it, Scott was sitting in his space holding a remote on his own 950 working through my problem. In just a minute or so it was done. We had a little chat about good customer service and I told him of my wants. A new hi-end 950 upgrade would be nice, since the current model was a year old already. I have owned plenty of audio and video products and have never had such a continued high level of customer service as Outlaw gives.
