I need some more details on the Spk stands:
Size of Spk mounting pad at the top (LxW in in.)?
Typical Spk weight assumed?
Height above floor at spk. mounting pad for 17" stand with casters?
Is the Black-Black version all steel or just painted wood on the bottom?
What is the center pillar on the stand made of?
Thanks, JDB

If you haven't already done so, you might want to e-mail these questions to Outlaw (info@outlawaudio.com) -- they are probably the only ones who can answer most of those questions for you, and while they monitor the forum they don't routinely post here. From what I can tell from here , though, the bottom of the all-black stands is MDF, the center pillar is extruded aluminum, and I don't see any indication of the stands being provided with casters (they have spikes or feet, both adjustable, and I suspect but can't guarantee that the dimensions listed do not include them, so you might want to add half an inch or so for spikes/feet). If you do contact Outlaw, let us know what you find out.
