You will get dinged for additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees - which have been reported as anywhere from "high" to "outrageous."

I've put together a list of ways to reduce your costs when importing stuff into Canada. Post your email address and I'll send it to you.

Jeff I would appreciate any tips you have concerning Canadian shipping. The brokerage fees and duties are outrageous and are a major deterant when it comes to buying from the states. I am interested in the 950pre/pro but will not fork out the hideous UPS charge. My email address is jbackes@golden.net

Thanks from a fellow Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Please could you send them to me too? My email address is 'ndrayer-at-stylax-com' (primitive spam-foiling formatting).
Thank you very much for this 'public service'!

Jeff, thank you for taking the time to compile a list of shipping tips for your fellow distraught Canucks. I would love to receive a copy of this list if it isn't too much trouble - mpicco@ualberta.ca
