This is truly a fine recording when played in SACD 2 channel to demonstate full range of great sound. The bass is phenomenal. The soundstage is stunning. In my system in my sound room I get greater than a 180 degree soundfield. In 2 channel I swear it sounds like I'm listening to the multichannel surround that is also available in this SACD. The dynamic range in this recording from thundering bass to lush strings is an aureal orgasm. I listen to this recording at about 95db in the louder passages.
This SACD will definitely test a speaker system. My DIY speakers and sub play this superbly.
