976 HDMI failure?

Has anyone had an HDMI go bad on their 976? My HDMI1 stopped functioning, and I know it is not the cable nor the source since testing each of those individually and together on HDMI4 is successful.

I recently sent my 976 in for repairs for loss of Handshake to my display. I was told that the power supply for the HDMI was blown due to excessive heat across the Circuit board. After a week it blew out again. I have added more ventilation fans to the system. Crossing my fingers to see if it holds. This is still a mystery to me because my system has never exceeded 80 degrees F before and after repairs.
