I can no longer close the battery door on my remote. It does not stay shut. Wonder if I can get a new remote? Has anyone been able to buy a new one?

Go to Outlaw's website and open a support ticket.
That seems to be the best way to contact them.

because I'm not a fan of universal remotes - I ordered a spare 976 remote
for a ' just in case ' moment
