Can't get 2160 to connect to home network - 06/08/19 01:02 PM
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get my RR2160 to connect to my network so I can try out the internet radio and DLNA features. But I keep getting "Connecting" as a message on the amp's panel, followed by "Connect Fail" about a minute later.
I've tried a couple of different ethernet cables - is there something else I should try? Is there a known issue that noobs like me often make when it comes to this feature?
When I go to the menu and use the "IP Address" feature it says 0.0.0.0 and the "MAC Address" just shows as blank. Is my amp's network feature broken? This was purchased as a b-stock unit.
