next 990 or new product

I would like to see the next version of te prepro to not do video. I like the osd but thats aboutit. I do not like to run my video through the 990 or any of the previous prepros that i have owned because they degrad the video quality.

stick to the audio and workin auto equalization.

send it with a better remote, or a more programalbe remote. Half of my equipment that i own, I cannot progtam in the 990 remote. DVD denon 2910, directv h20.

I like their simple bass and treble control, but would like it on a cerchannel basis.

Billy if you don't like the video switching option offered with the 990 why not just bypass it and go straight to the display. You don't have to use it. It's just that most people like simplicity.

Thanks for the advice, but I don't use it.

I just think it needs some work.
