Hey guys, wow, been a long time since I posted here. I recently went back to separates and wanted to keep it cheap so I scored a 975. I am pairing it with an Ada amp and it sounds much better than my previous Denon X-6300H AVR. I really like height channels and the 975 does two front height channels which sounds really good compared to true Atmos from the Denon.
The reason for this is that when I pause any DTS movie I get a loud intermittent noise through all the speakers. Anybody know what it is? This does not happen with Dolby anything. Again, just on paused DTS movies.
I would have gone 976 but really like the height channels. I wish the 976 had heights. Man, even just one front and one back would be awesome.
Anyways, any feedback would be great.
