I had a sub amp go bad. I bought new sub. I have no sub output from 975. when setting speaker levels I do not get a test tone for sub

Are you sure the sub amp is bad. Quick way to tell is with sub turned on, touch the input jack and hear a thump.

yes amp is bad had it checked at dealer. I was working on system this morning if I get a test a test tone on sub in channel level menu it direct tone to left and right mains.

problem solved wire off of connector on new sub
