MX-850 download test fails on IROUT and IRAMP

I've recently purchased the MX-850. When I execute the 'Partial' download I get errors during the test portion of the downlaod. The errors are IROUT FAIL! and IRAMP FAIL!

I'm not having much success in determining the cause of the failures. Can anyone help?

I also have the MX-850. I get the same messages (Irout fail; iramp fail) with the partial and full downloads. It doesn't appear to affect the functioning of the remote.

Hopefully someone else can chime in on the problem.
