I decided to return my 950 and get a refund. It has been a week and I have not had any word from Outlaw. I have emailed and still no reply. I confirmed that UPS delivered it. Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back about a returned unit? Thanks.

I don't know how they handle the return process, but when I've had to have money refunded to my credit card it has happened within a week or so. I'd give them a call at 1-866-OUTLAWS and ask them, though, if you still haven't heard back yet.
