How about a forum to buy and sell between members?

You mean like the CUSTOMER ALERT (used products)section?

As I recall, the one time they used the Customer Alert forum (and the reason they created it) was to warn us that someone was trying to sell a stolen Model 750...

No, I was thinking any used stereo equipment, that a member might have.

Used Outlaw equipment? That's usually posed in the respective product forum... used 950's are noted in the 950 forum, etc.

As far as used non-Outlaw equipment, I'd be surprised if Outlaw were willing to list that on this site...

Count me in - I would like a classified section.
Another online audio company has these stipulations:
"Only users with 10 posts or more are allowed to post 'For Sale' items. All posts require moderator validation. Please do not post OUR gear for sale unless you are upgrading with us."

It would be a policy change for Outlaw to introduce something like this - they're current policy is a simple across-the-board "no selling gear on the forum" rule (a rule which may not have been established at the time this thread last saw activity three years ago).

Who can blame them, I doubt they want anything to do with the associated liabilities. I don't think their policy prevents anyone from indicating that they have something up for auction elsewhere, as I recall reading a few mentions a while back(?). Slippery slope, though.

I would like to see an Audio Flea Market also. Members establish themselves with reputation, post counts, etc.

There's nothing to prevent you from putting a link to your Audiogon or ebay ad for your gear in your signature....

I would definitely agree with this idea, but only for outlaw owners, anyone can become a member and then it would become like all the rest. This way a little more personal interest is generated.
mad cow has some good thoughts as well.
