Ordered a B-stock RR2150 and got it hook up today just to learn it is stuck in the USB mode. It will not change to any other mode, so really useless. Don't they check these before they send them out?

I thought that they ran them through a full diagnostic before selling them.

there is no reset on the RR2150 other than the remote and yes I tried that.I should not have to troubleshoot it, it should be delivered working

Just contact the Outlaws, they'll make it right. There isn't a company on the planet that never has a problem make its way out in to the world. People make mistakes.
