7500 delivery times?

7500 delivery times? - 10/03/06 10:44 AM

Hi,
My schedule precludes me calling sales so I've been trying to get the status on my order via email. They (billing) sent me a invoice with shipper #s. The shipper # for the 7500 hasn't shipped though (xmitted to FedEx) and that occurred on the 25th. Other than that sales has been dead quiet to my inquiries. Does anyone know of an email address that is good?

If you've got a FedEx tracking number and that number seems to be stalled, it could simply be that FedEx's tracking info is lagging (I've seen it before). Still, it warrants checking on, especially since San Jose's relatively close to the warehouse that the amps ship from (at least it's in the same state) - if calling during business hours isn't an option I'd probably suggest opening a ticket with their support system for an order status update.

I got a very quick response from Scott. The 7500 has shipped. I started to wonder when the package data was transmitted on the 25th and it still didn't ship after several days.

It's quite refreshing that Outlaw actually monitors this forum and responds so quickly. So many manufacturer's forums are unmonitored with little to no help. This really says a lot about Outlaw's commitment to their customers. laugh
