950 and 7100

Anybody know anything more about the 7100 than it is just a 7 channel amp. I want to get the 950 (when it ships) and dont think i need 300w into 4 ohms. Also, has anybody heard if there was gonna be a deal like there is with the 950 and 770 combo?

Regarding your second question, the answer looks like a Yes. Outlaws wording on their July newsletter, “New Products” indicated that there would be a pkg price on a combo. Following sentence stated that the ‘Family Discount’ would apply to purchasers of the new amp, as a stand-alone buy, if the buyer had previously purchased another Outlaw product,…ICBM, 1050 etc.

Latest hearsay from Outlaw.

Yesterday (just before ordering my 770) I kind of pressed Mike about more information about this new amp. Even though they don't have the technical data on the unit, he seems to tink it will be in the neighborhood of 80-125 watts. This helped me to go ahead and make my decision to get the big daddy.

So, they don't know for sure and you can take this information for what it is worth. Whatever they bring our way, I'm sure it will be nice and priced right. But, like all good things from Outlaw, there may be a "little" wait.

Well, they said it would ship before the Major League season ends. Isn't that the day after tomorrow?

They've got to hurry if they don't even have the specs worked out yet.
