6.1 surround setup DD EX

I have a question about how to setup 6.1 speakers. I understand placement, etc. I was wondering how to setup the 950 for 6.1 surround. Which surround back channel do you use from the 950, does it matter which one?

If you only run 6.1 (as I do), you want to use the left surround back pre-amp output. In the SPEAKER CONFIG menu, there is an option between the SURR small/large and the SUB on/off that lets you set the surround back to either "LB/RB" (left back and right back), "BS(LB)" (back surround, left back only), or "NONE." You'll want to set that to "BS(LB)."

thanks so much gonk. I got ahold of an old infinity bookshelf and a small amp and am gonna run that until I can afford another adcom amp and matching axioms for the rear.
