Bass management & 5.1 input question

Hi...

I assume that the 950 will have 5.1 analog pass thru (ie no A/D/A conversion), is that correct? Will bass management available to 5.1 analog pass thru ala ICBM?

Sorry, never mind the question. I got it in the ICBM section. The bass management of the 950 will be in the digital doman, so 5.1 analog pass thru will not work with bass management.

Also, there is a rudimentary bass management feature on the 950's 5.1 analog in -- an 80Hz crossover that can be enabled/disabled by a switch on the back of the unit. Not much (especially compared to the digital bass management the 950 has and the ICBM's features), but it's there.

Can't you run the analog source through the ICBM before going into the 950?

Absolutely. (As long as you have an ICBM...)
