If I had two 7100s, can I piggyback them some way to get 200WPC for the 7 channels??? Be nice now...I am in uncharted waters for me with this...can they be bridged together (if that is the proper word for it)

As a general rule, the answer is "no." In some cases, you could passively bi-amp and theoretically get the equivalent of a single 200W amp, but that would only with speakers that support bi-wiring/bi-amping.
