950 flipped it's lid !

My buddies 950 powers on for about a minute, powers down on it's own, then the standby light flashes. After about five minutes he can power it back on to only do it all over again.
Any suggestions would be of great help.....thx

Has he tried to reset it? I think the reset button is behind the volume knob, but I could be wrong about that - the manual should say. Beyond resetting it, I'd contact Outlaw support for suggestions. This isn't an issue I recall cropping up...
