Fuse: T2AL 250V Replacement?

Fuse: T2AL 250V Replacement? - 01/05/07 03:58 PM

Inside my 950 are 4 fuses. Each one is labelled on the circuit board as T2AL 250V. One of them (F5) is burned out and needs to be replaced.

I see on the internet that I can order these exact fuses from England. I was hoping that someone knows a compatible replacement fuse that I can find locally.

Two options locally are: GMC2A 250V (medium delay) and GDC2A 250V (slow delay). I don't know that these will work, they seem like close matches.

Anybody have experience in this regard?
Thanks for any help.

I would recommend calling or emailing Outlaw support to get the precise specs. I blew a fuse in my (long out of Warranty) 750 amp recently and my call was returned the same day. Steve in support gave me the precise information on the fuse I needed for the 750 and I bought a handful of them online.

I believe the fuses in the 950 are slow delay, but Outlaw can clear that up for you definitively.

Thanks Palmer. Steve actually called me from his house! I'll just have to order a few of these on the internet so I have them in case this happens again. In the meantime, he is going to send me a couple. Can't believe that he would take the time to call me after-hours from his house!

These Outlaw guys rock.
