950 Remote Trigger Question - 11/06/04 07:49 PM

How many devices can you turn on with the remote trigger from the 950? 4 amplifiers?
Would you use 'Y' connectors to split the trigger?

Thanks,
Lee

I think the best way to do these is daisy chaining the signal better than split it with Y cords, almost all amps have a remote trigger in an out, so the only thing yo need to do it's a cable from one unit to the other, then you don't have to worry about signal drop.

Talked to Tech Support. If you parallel the trigger output of the 950 you can control two devices.

My 1050 is unable to trigger my Monster 2500 and 3500. I solved the problem with the Niles OTI-512 . This should provide enough juice to trigger four devices.

Not sure if this will help. But I think it works better if you use a mono mini plug type connection and not a stereo type mini plug for you 12v trigger connection.
