Sorry, I realize this is a dumb question

Is this switch position up or down to enable the 80 crossover? I'm having a hard time figuring out if it's working because I'm running the inputs from a sound card which is complicating things a bit.

"Up" is "on" -- and "on" enables the 80Hz high-pass filter on the five full-range channels.
