center/surround channels missing on 5.1 - 11/08/03 11:12 PM

I bought a 950/770 stack a while ago and just upgraded from 2 speakers to 5 speakers today.

When playing DVD-Audio and DVD-Video media, the center and surround channels are silent. I'm pretty sure that the data is getting to the 950 as each speaker plays the appropriate signal when in the "Speaker Calibration" menu. Also, the synthetic test tones route to the correct speaker. I can also take a stereo signal feed from my Tivo and convert it to a NEO:6-C without issues.

I've set all the speakers to "large", set the distances appropriately, and set the software crossover points to very low. The analog bass management toggle switch is set to off.

My setup is as follows:
Pioneer DV-563A dvd/cd/sacd/dvd-a player
ICBM hooked up betweeen the Pioneer and the 950
950/770 stack
Klipsch RF-7 mains, RC-7 center, RS-7 surrounds

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

And I just read the "950 Quirks" thread. It's the stereo --> 6 channel bypass problem. Sorry!
