.5 PCA length information?

I'm leaning toward the Outlaw cables but, I hate the return policy. Does anyone know if the 1/2 meter length of the Outlaw cables include the RCA connector or are they just measuring the length between the connectors? 1/2 a meter doesn't allow much room for error.

Compared to a ceramic cylinder the same diameter as the Outlaw cables, they Outlaw cables are very flexible.

Compared to some really thin and cheap cables, such as the kind that often come with consumer equipment, the Outlaw cables are not so flexible.

My half meter Outlaw cables are flexible enough so I can connect two pieces of equipment, one sitting on top of another.
