Who's OEM for Outlaw cables

I would really appreciate if Outlaw tells a who's actually making those cables for them in Taiwan. I actually have one guess - looks and compare this cable to Outlaw's

I don't think they've ever said who makes their cables. Those are the same locking RCA's, but that may just mean they are getting their connectors from the same source...
