Well I was listening to internet radio with it today(around Lunch time) and it shut itself off and started smoking. Scared the crap out of me! I quickly unplugged it and everything i had connected to it and brought it on my porch. I called Outlaw and told them what happened and he said sorry it's 3 months out of warranty. I was shocked and disappointed as 1 month ago I also purchased there Subwoofer from them. I explained how i have it on top of my cabinet in the open air nothing above it and nothing on the sides. It should last longer than 2 years and 3 months shouldn't it? He said if they find a workmanship defect they might cover it. I ended up agreeing to have them open a ticket and send it 15 miles to Norton (I live close to them) Brought it to UPS and had them double box it safely and $120.00 later its on its way. Wish me luck!!!! I do love the Amplifier/Receiver.

I hope they step up and back their product.
3 months past the warranty period is splitting fine hairs.

They did!!! It was the Voltage Regulator. They replaced it, and bench tested it and sent it back to me Fedex on them. Super pleased with there customer service! Got it back next day seeing I only live 13 minutes away.
