New user here ...

Can somebody confirm what speaker impedance is allowed for Speaker A+B selection? I have two speaker pairs, all speakers are 4 ohms. Manual doesn't mention what is the minimum speaker impendance for this combination. I don't want to overload the amp.

By the way the receiver sounds fantastic, very happy with the purchase.

The note on page 14 of the manual indicates that the speakers are connected in parallel. Thus you be giving the amp a 2 ohm load which it is not designed to drive.

The NOTE says don't do it so my recommendation would be:

Don't do it... smile
