This is strange. I was listening to the radio this morning and when I switched back to the Dish receiver on HDMI1 in I get sound but nothing else save for a grey screen.

The outlaw works fine for DVD on HDMI2 and right now the dish is connected through HDMI3 and is displaying correctly.

Using either of the Outlaw remotes I am now unable to access the OSD for the Outlaw menu. I hit the menu button on the Outlaw remote and the display on the M975 shows OSD on but nothing on the screen

What did I do?

To have 1 HDMI input not working, is usually caused by a less than solid connection (cable plugged in), as each HDMI input would tend to go into an input selector chip. There is only the jack itself, and maybe a few passive components between the jack and the chip. I would try to reconnect this connection in real time while playing back some material. This is called "hot-swapping"
But, the OSD issue is a different story. You could try a system reset for that. Otherwise, you'll have to contact Outlaw.

Thanks for the reply Holson. I had seen the part about hot swapping so did that first thing. The system reset got the video through HDMI1 back until I hit the menu button then a Black screen this time instead of Grey.

Looks like a call to Outlaw is in my direct future. Ben is going to get sick of talking to me if this keeps up.

A quick update. After talking with Ben this morning Outlaw is sending me a replacement unit. All the video came back but due to the loss of the on screen display and the ability to see the menus the decision was made to swap the unit.

Bummer my M975 is not operating at 100% but I cannot fault the customer service I have received from Outlaw Audio. Excellent service and support.
