I have just recently changed out everything in my home theater after undergoing another case of that uncurable upgrade bug.

I know have:

Outlaw 1050 receiver
Rotel 980bx amp powering mains
Pioneer Elite 45A DVD player
Paradigm Monitor 5 v3 mains
Paradigm Mini Monitor surrounds
Paradigm Atom 6th channel
Energy ex 8 sub
Sherwood sub
Sony 51" HDTV

The Outlaw was a upgrade on a Denon 1801 receiver which is a fine starter piece but I wanted a better sound on two channel music, the Outlaw gives me that. Someday I want to go with separates but the wife and budget won't allow it. Two kids needing braces and summer camp does put a crimp on finances for my toys. The Paradigms are a upgrade on my original Energy Take 5's which are great for movies but a little weak on the music side. If you are in the market for speakers check out the Paradigm selection, my 5's are a great sounding set of speakers. Someday I want to upgrade to the Studio series. My Pioneer 45A is a great piece, DVD-Audio and SACD's sound great and movies look terrific. My next purchase is the Outlaw ICBM.

All in all a nice sounding system to build off of. Any thoughts from anybody on improvements?
