A central place to note any errors in the excellent manual.

pp.12-14 Inconsistent use of Dolby terminology.
For example, the table on p.13 uses "Dolby Pro Logic II Cinema" to refer to what Dolby calls Movie mode and it uses Dolby Pro Logic II Movie to refer to what Dolby calls Music mode. In various parts of the surrounding text the Dolby terminology is then used. It is OK to use -C to equal Cinema (Movie mode) but then -M needs to stand for Music, not Movie.

There are no codes listed for JVC TVs. Now, there might be some really, really good reason for this that I'm just not aware of, but it's pretty popular brand compared to many that are listed and I was eventually able to get it working by running a code search, but still. If there are codes for JVC it would be nice to list them.

Theres no code for Apex TVs either. However, I remembered that a previous remote would control my roommate's TV when set to a Toshiba TV, so I tried the first Toshiba code, and it worked fine.

DTS 96/24 is listed as being supported, but there is no further mention of it.
