I've seen other threads on this but the popular response seems to be "send the unit in". Am hoping there is a potential other than that. I power the unit up from Standby, blue light comes on, nothing on the unit display, unit turns off after 5. I tried the reset option in the manual with no luck. I removed the power plug to eliminate all power for several hours and no luck. Unit is old enough where spending $$ on repairs is likely not worth it. If its a matter of replacing a fuse then up for trying that. Thanks much.

It didn't dawn on me that the unit may still be covered under warranty and upon calling found out it was. Thanks for the nudge to call.
