For those of you with a One for All universal remote, I have uploaded a Keymap Master file containing all the codes for the RR2150. If you use a different type of remote, you can download the Keymap Master spreadsheet, use it to read the file, and get the hex, OBC, or EFC codes so you can program your remote.

You can find the upgrade file here.

If you need the Kepmap Master spreadsheet, you can find it at the Tools Page.

Hi. I was wondering if you found descrete power on and power off codes for the RR2150. I have an MX-500 that I am setting up to use with the RR2150 and it seems that unlike the other Outlaw processors the RR2150's power switch only toggles on and off.

I've only used the power codes that came on the remote, which toggle on/off. I don't have any idea if there are discrete codes. Sorry.

The input codes serve as discrete "on" commands (I've got a little MX200 in the dining room that uses the CD input as a discrete "on"), but there is not a discrete "off" as far as I know - just the on/off toggle.

Gonk:

I have been unable to get the device buttons on my RR2150 remote to work in the manner you describe and take the RR2150 out of standby. When I push any of those buttons the unit just remains in standby. Is your RR2150 one of the units from the original manufacturer?

FWIW, I also checked with Outlaw Support and the response was that the RR2150 did not offer descrete codes. I mentioned the device buttons and perhaps I could have worded my question better, but they did not reply about them specificially.

Argh... You're right - it's been too long since I programmed the little MX200 that I have in the dining room, and I could have sworn I'd been able to do a macro that turned it on that way. I just tried the device button and didn't get anything. I also found the macro in the MX700 software that I used for the MX200, and it had three steps: "power-on" for 980H, "power" for 2150, and "CD" for 2150. Sorry for the confusion
