I just recently completed moving and managed to separate the power cord
from my 950 preamp.

Can you provide any identifying information on the cord that will allow me to find the appropriate cord?

For example, is there a ground plug or not, is there a particular symbol or manufacturer name on the plug end, etc?

Sorry for the trouble but I don't want to hook up the wrong cord and blow my preamp or is that a concern?

There is not a ground pin on the 950's cord. I don't think there are any identifying marks - it's simply a two-prong IEC power cord.
