Has anybody herd of HI VI speakers? I'm looking at the Sp10" sub. Heres my deal I got a Velodyne VX-10 I picked up new for $99. I was thinking of dropping in the HiVi Sp10 sub in the opening. I would like to swap out the VX 10 amp for a Bash 500 . Has anybody out there done any DIY subs??

I built my own 15" sub that is passive run off of a NAD amp but that was when I was in the car audio business and also had a spare amp. I just added the Outlaw top of the line sub and am very happy with it. I think since you got the sub so cheap I'd just add another outlaw sub or maybe sell the velodyne and buy the outlaw.
