I think the designer of Outlaw amps is Dan D'agostino. His new Cinema Standard 2 and 3 channel amps are made by ATI in consultation with Outlaw. Outlaw then hired D'agostino to design the 5000. Also Outlaw amps are currently being sold at some Best Buy stores. I saw them there myself. It's true.

I used to own a Carver M-500t, a pair of M 1.0s, TFM-15, TFM-25 and TFM-45. I gave that guy a lot of my money and he back stabbed me by abandoning his Magnetic Field Technology and going to Tubes. Cherry 180? What is that?

Ahh! No wonder he is going to start his "FUSION" technology, which is what he is marketing it as, only in reality to restart the Lockheed Martin MAGNETIC FIELD AMPLIFIER. Carver is a bit of a strange fellow and he is regressing back to his childhood.

Hate to burst your excitement renov8r but the fusion amp is actually the rekindling of the Magnetic Field Amp.
Never understood the magnetic field coil theory and duplication of transfer function. Those amps sounded very thin.
