As referenced in our announcement letter, your Model 975 Preamp/Processor originally contained a temporary remote control. We are happy to announce that have received our shipment from the remote supplier of the full featured, more powerful universal remote control and that these new remotes have been shipped to our customers during the past two weeks.

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the early Model 975 owners for their patience with this and assure everyone that going forward all shipments will include the full featured remote control.
