I wanted to share something pretty cool with my Outlaw Audio OAW3 and when I stream music from the internet with it to my 2.1 channel stereo system.

Often I use the OAW-3 to send music from my Dell laptop to my stereo system. Sometimes the source is youtube, amazon MP3 etc etc. Now in my stereo system my amp has numeric wattage meters or displays. When I turn up the volume on my system while playing music from the OAW-3 the meters go nuts. Depending on the song and volume I'll see wattage go from .02 watts up to 7 watts with the OAW-3. If I play that same song from my Oppo player the meters on the amp will just say .02 or maybe .04.

When I want to give my amp a bit more of a workout I'll send material via the OAW-3.
