When not tinkering with my home theater I'm thinking about or actually boating. I love my boat but the sound system is subpar. I've been searching for a while but haven't found what I want, which could mean there's no market for it.

But anyway here it is:
I want a pre-amp packaged for dash mount and ruggedized for the marine environment with the following features:
Zone 1:
5 outputs: Left, right, fore, aft and sub.
Zone 2:
Same as zone 1
Both zones can be active at the same time but have independent fade, balance and volume.
CD player, IPOD and USB input, 1-2 external inputs, hardwired or RF remote mounted near the swim platform. I do not want integrated power amps: I'm thinking seperates is the way to go.
I guess what I want is an RR2150 repackaged for my boat with some extra outputs and no high power amps.
Bonus points if it can also play DVDs/BRs and serve as a 7.1 system for the minivan based theater system.
