I reread the announcement and I didn't see anything about the length of the warranty or the 30-day money-back return. Did I miss it? Does anyone have any information on this?

I would assume that the 30 day return policy would be the same as with the SMS-1, which is a yes, but you might want to shoot a note to them to be sure. As far as warranty, since Outlaw is an authorized dealer, then the 2-year Onkyo warranty applies.
