WOW!!! Ordered my 1050 on Friday Janurary 18 and recieved it today the 21st. Hooked it up and it went well after I read the single sheet addendum explaining how to set the switching up. I hooked up my B&K ST 202 amp to the pre-outs and fired it up. I am impressed. The music sounded much clearer. The soundstage was better focused and better depth. It might be psychological but the picture on the tv looked better, too! (may be the B&K pre-amp was putting out RF?). Unfortunatley I had to go to work and stop listening to it . Can't wait til I get home. Hullguy

The set up was easy. The only questions i have are where to get the codes for my Motorola cable box and my Rotel 855 cd player. Tried the 2 codes for the cd player that were given but they didn't work. Hullguy

Try online documentation for the Radio Shack 15-1994, it might shed some light on the subject (codes are generally the same as the 1050's remote). Try this site .
