I made the switch from an RX-V750 to the Model 1070. Didn't miss those modes much, to be honest. I prefer the Pro Logic IIx modes.

I also liked the 5/7 stereo mode on the Yamaha but the Outlaw's equivalent is just as good if not better. Yes, I said it. I like 5-Stereo for music sometimes
