As I've mentioned before, I've got a co-worker who picked up the HE show package (SMS-1 and LFM-1+) back in June. Alan noticed this thread and just sent me an e-mail with a scanned image of the insert. I posted it to my site, but it's been a bit stubborn about loading for me - so I made it into this PDF file . I'll probably add it to my pictures page later this week.
