If you've got a FedEx tracking number and that number seems to be stalled, it could simply be that FedEx's tracking info is lagging (I've seen it before). Still, it warrants checking on, especially since San Jose's relatively close to the warehouse that the amps ship from (at least it's in the same state) - if calling during business hours isn't an option I'd probably suggest
opening a ticket with their support system for an order status update.
